Lijia Cluster: As
a R&D area with the core of high-tech and residential area with
nice environment, it is surrounded by Jialing River. Its planned urban
construction area is 16.15 km2 and the population is 180 thousand.
Huangmaoping Cluster: As an industrial garden area with
focus on modern manufacturing, it stands high and the landform is
plain. The planned urban construction area is 5.96 km2 and the population
is 35 thousand.
Cuiyun Cluster: As a "Ten
Li Automobile City", it is a production and R&D base for
development of automobile, motorcycle supporting industry. The planned
urban construction area is 11.37 km2 and the population is 20 thousand.
At present, lots of famous enterprises have entered the zone, including
Changan Ford, Yanfeng Visteon, Boao Johnson, Changan Lear, Fuyao Glass
and Qinchuan Industry. Phase 1 with the scale of 3 km2 has primarily
formed.
Yuanyang Cluster: It is a service
center of administration, finance and commerce and a high-grade community.
The planned urban construction area is 11.69 km2 and the population
is 100 thousand. Some domestic and local famous real estate groups
have entered the zone, including Longhu Real Estate, China Olympic
Sports, Lenovo Group, Poly Group and Toptry Group. Besides, some residential
supporting projects have been constructed, including Auto Expo Center,
The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing University of Medical,
Longhu Lanhujun Sports Park, Poly Sports Park and Jinshan International
Shopping Center.
Jinshan Cluster: It is composed
of Export Processing Zone and Cuntanport Zone and is a base for export
processing industry and modern logistics. The planned urban construction
area is 9.53 km2 and the population is 15 thousand. The Phase 1 project
of the Export Processing Zone is completed and put into operation.
Some famous enterprises have entered Jinshan Cluster, including Coca
Cola, Briggs & Stratton Corp., National Auto and Motorcycle Inspection
Center, Carbone Lorraine and Minsheng Logistics.
